Bethany is an Associate and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) (LL.B.) and a Master of Advocacy (M.Adv.) from the University of Malta. She works within the Firm’s Arbitration and Dispute Resolution practice. She qualified in 2025, having previously carried out her traineeship with the Firm.
Experience
Bethany’s principal areas of practice are corporate, construction, real estate and commercial law. She advises domestic and international clients on contentious matters before the courts and in arbitration in her areas of practice. She has experience working on complex corporate, commercial, contractual and construction disputes as well as contentious financial services work, including judicial review actions and investor claims. She also advises on real estate matters, including conveyancing and security over real estate.
Bethany also has experience of dealing with precautionary and interim measures before the courts as well as advising clients on executive measures and enforcement procedures.
