Sharon is a Managing Associate and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) from the University of Malta. As Managing Associate, she is responsible for managing the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice.
Experience
Sharon’s main practice areas include dispute resolution and contentious financial services regulatory work for domestic and international clients. She has broad litigation experience and has represented clients before the Superior Courts of Malta in commercial, financial services, real estate, and human rights cases. She also represents financial services providers before the Financial Services Tribunal and the Arbiter for Financial Services in regulatory enforcement actions by the Malta Financial Services Authority and consumer claims by investors. She acts for investors in respect of claims for regulatory and contractual breaches by licensed financial services providers. In addition, she also advises on contentious matters related to real estate, conveyancing, employment, data protection, transportation, and logistics.
